These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ProofSelf, operated by Jorge Pintos Quisama, based in Somose Hegn 6, 2750 Ballerup, Denmark. By creating an account or using ProofSelf, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ProofSelf. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will remove the account and delete all associated data. Your account is personal to you and is not transferable. You may not sell, share, or assign your account or subscription to any other person.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, tenure requirements, or paid tier limits is not permitted.
You retain ownership of the videos you submit to ProofSelf. By submitting a proof video, you grant Jorge Pintos Quisama, operating as ProofSelf, a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, compress, and add the ProofSelf overlay to your video for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, either by the automatic retention window or by account deletion.
Marketing and promotional use. ProofSelf will not use your proof videos for marketing, case studies, social media, advertising, or any promotional purpose without your explicit opt-in consent. When you export a proof video, you will be given the option to allow or disallow promotional use. You can change this preference at any time in Settings. If you disallow use, ProofSelf will not feature your content in any promotional context.
Your responsibility for content. You are solely responsible for the content of your videos. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of others. You agree not to include identifiable third parties (other people's faces, minors, private spaces belonging to others) in your proof videos without their informed consent.
Exported videos with the ProofSelf overlay. When you export a proof video with the ProofSelf overlay, that video becomes your content to share as you choose. The presence of the ProofSelf overlay does not constitute ProofSelf's endorsement of the content, your claims, your identity, or your tier. Badges and tier indicators that may appear in the overlay reflect your current status inside ProofSelf and are not a guarantee of business, financial, or personal outcomes.
Proof videos often contain your face. ProofSelf does not run facial recognition, biometric identification, emotion analysis, or any automated biometric profiling on your videos. Videos are stored so that you and your circle members can view them as part of the accountability service, and for no other purpose. Retention periods are defined in our Privacy Policy.
Your 5 are small accountability groups of up to 5 members within ProofSelf. By joining a group, you agree that your proofs, including metadata and video, will be visible to the other members of your group during the retention window applicable to your account.
What your subscription buys. A paid subscription grants you access to the features of your selected tier. It does not guarantee placement in, acceptance into, or continued access to any specific circle or any specific circle creator. Circle access is subject to circle capacity, creator decisions, tier-minimum rules set by the creator, and community guideline enforcement. If a specific circle is unavailable to you, this does not constitute a failure of the service.
Circle creator actions. Circle creators may set minimum tier requirements and may remove members in accordance with the rules published inside the app. ProofSelf is not liable for decisions made by circle creators, provided those decisions are within the boundaries of these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
ProofSelf provides tools for users to flag content or behavior that may violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Flags are used as signals for human review, not for automatic enforcement. A flag alone does not remove content, suspend an account, or change a user's tier or status.
Flags must be submitted in good faith, based on a genuine concern about a potential violation. Using the flagging system to harass, target, or retaliate against another user, or to gain a competitive advantage, is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination. Flag submissions and review outcomes are confidential.
ProofSelf offers a free tier and one or more paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, and if offered, Google Play. The price, billing frequency, and features of each tier are shown at the point of purchase, inside the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
Retention of free proofs. Free tier proofs are automatically deleted after a rolling window defined in the app. This is a core feature of the service, not a defect. Paid tier retention is defined by the tier you subscribe to and is stated at the point of purchase.
Verification features. Some paid tiers may offer verification-related features (for example, revenue verification through third-party tools). Any verification badges or indicators shown inside ProofSelf are based on user-provided data from third-party sources. ProofSelf does not independently audit, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user's claims, revenue, credentials, or identity. Other users and third parties should not rely on these indicators as a substitute for their own due diligence.
ProofSelf is a personal development program that provides structure, standards, and peer accountability. It is a framework you use — not a service that delivers outcomes to you. ProofSelf is not a business coach, investment service, income opportunity, employment service, financial advisor, or professional training program. Tier names (such as Operator, Builder, or Scaler) reflect commitment levels inside the product and are not claims about your business stage, revenue, or professional standing.
ProofSelf does not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific results, income, revenue, business growth, personal transformation, relationship, health, financial, or life outcomes. Any outcomes that users experience vary widely based on individual effort, circumstances, decisions, and factors outside ProofSelf's control. Nothing in the app, on our website, in our marketing, or in any communication from us should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any specific result.
ProofSelf does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, tax, legal, financial, investment, fitness, nutrition, or any other professional advice. The standards, frameworks, identity paths, and in-app guidance are for personal accountability and reflection only. Some standards encourage you to engage with the structure of your business, your taxes, or your legal setup. This is not advice. Consult a qualified licensed professional in your country for guidance specific to your situation, health, finances, or wellbeing.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We may review reported content to enforce these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
Our target response times for reports are published in the Community Guidelines. Enforcement actions may include removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, and refusing re-registration.
ProofSelf respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on ProofSelf infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@proofself.com including:
If we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the content and may notify the user who submitted it. Users who receive a takedown notice may submit a counter-notice using the same process. Accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers will be terminated.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by purchasing a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that the digital service begins immediately upon purchase confirmation. You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their respective refund policies. For any other inquiries, contact support@proofself.com.
The ProofSelf name, logo, overlay design, methodology, standards, tier architecture, Proof Score framework, and application code are the property of Jorge Pintos Quisama. You may not use our trademarks, branding, methodology names, or proprietary materials without written permission. Videos you export with the ProofSelf overlay may be shared on social media platforms as permitted under Section 3.
The ProofSelf methodology, standards, and framework are original works based on Jorge Pintos Quisama's independent analysis of publicly available information. ProofSelf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any specific podcast, media company, interviewer, or interviewee referenced or analyzed during research.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jorge Pintos Quisama, operating as ProofSelf, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of ProofSelf in violation of these Terms, (b) the content you submit, export, or share, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and (d) any false or misleading information you provide in connection with verification or tier claims.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ProofSelf is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using ProofSelf. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information, verification data, or tier claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorge Pintos Quisama, operating as ProofSelf, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of ProofSelf, your reliance on any user-provided information inside ProofSelf, or any business decision you make in connection with the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of ProofSelf after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
